Immigrant/Refugee Health Program

The Immigrant/Refugee Health Program provides sexual health information for immigrants and refugees.

We offer:

    • community education on sexual and reproductive health, family planning, sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS, family communication about sexuality, sexual development of children
    • orientation to Manitoba health services
    • translation and development of health education resources
    • referral to other services

The Program also provides cultural competency training and consultation to health and social service providers in areas of immigrant/refugee health issues.
